Lancaster 2, CityBlock’s second student accommodation development was acquired in 2004 and completed later that year. It featured two retail units let to Cartridge World and Subway.

Formerly a semi-derelict site, the building was redeveloped with the ground floor retail units well-placed at the front of the site, on one of Lancaster’s main throughways.

The retail units were sold as part of a portfolio sale.
