After acquiring this site in Leicester in 2008, CityBlock completed a 76 Bed facility in 2011.

The property had required a highly-considered redevelopment, as the site was of significant conservation interest in the city. As such, its exterior façade was retained. Just like CityBlock’s other developments, the site featured a commercial unit for a high street retailer.

Following a part-asset sale of the building to Empiric in 2015, CityBlock retained management of the development until June 2017.
