At 9,841 sq ft and set across three floors with a ground floor courtyard, the former pair of joined townhouses will see CityBlock utilise its extensive experience to create high-quality, boutique, apartments for sale.
A sensitive conversion of the Grade II listed building, built circa 1825, will see an extension added to the rear of the property, to deliver circa 14 apartments. To the front of the building, the Georgian character will be utilised to create carefully designed apartments in keeping with local heritage.
